BAD SERVICE

Most pathetic Courier company! My parcel would have been delivered on 26Feb... it's been 2 weeks. For the past 5 days I have been told that the parcel has been/ still needs to be relabeled and I will receive it the next day. I have also been told that I would not be allowed to collect my parcel from their warehouse. Last update on the website was on 01Mar, so I would have to phone them on a daily basis. Management is also never available. Would not recommend them to anyone.
