Bad service

i have expecting a parcel from Temu , i paid Vat and taxes and upload the proof of payment still recieved the call that the duty has not paid , i have send numerous emails with no respond . the call centre is even worse the lady that answer my call has "dont bother me attitude", am very dissapoint if i have a choice i dont wish to use Buffalo logistics anymore .
