Bad service Buffalo logistics

The service as Buffalo logistics is terrible. 3days ago a driver called me with my parcel that had to be delivered and he said to me I must come and meet him at the police station by that time I was at work. I tried telling him I am at work I can't just up and leave and go meet him to deliver my order. He was not compromising nor trying to come up with solutions.

I called the Buffalo logistics spoke to Norman told him about the situation he was very rude and not helpful at all. He offered me bad service on a silver platter, he also said he will escalate the matter to the Manager to call me back till to date. I haven't received anh response from the manager. I sent emails 4days ago still no reply. BUFFALO LOGISTICS it is so unprofessional and doesn't care about customers.
