Bad service Buffalo logistics

I ordered clothes from Shein (Order Number: BUFZA***YQ) a few weeks ago, but unfortunately, Buffalo Couriers failed to deliver my package. I have tried calling them multiple times, but my calls were repeatedly dropped, leaving me extremely frustrated. This package was for my birthday, and due to their incompetence, my special day already ruined. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money for delivery, despite failing to deliver the package the first time. This is completely unacceptable, and I refuse to pay additional charges for their mistake. Their poor customer service and unprofessional behavior have been incredibly disappointing. I strongly advise against using Buffalo Couriers. Their service is unreliable, and their customer support is virtually non-existent. I won't be recommending them to anyone.
