Bad Service- BUFFALO LOGISTICS

We are going to stop buying at Shein and go to competitors if they continue using Buffalo Logistics. I am always fighting and having to call to track my shipments. Firstly, my address was captured incorrectly, and I don't understand how when this is not the first time they delivered to me. I got a message that they are dispatching, and I must keep my phone with me but still I have not received the delivery!! BUFZA***YQ
