Bad Service Buffalo Logistics

Their services is shocking. I have been waiting for over a month for a package from Postur O/N 4097. They tried to deliver to my office just before Christmas but only phoned when they got there and the office was closed for Christmas. I gave the new address but nothing happened. They have had the same message on their answer machine regarding some disturbance in Pretoria for the last few weeks and it is impossible to talk to anyone. My Tracking No is BUFZA ***YQ and I was sent a message that this would be delivered on 29th December. As yet not delivered. Can anyone help in getting to talk and a response from this Company? Also they should surely let you have an idea when they were delivering before pitching up on the doorstep!!! Angry
