BAD SERVICE BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS

POOR SERVICE :- AGENTS UNFRIENDLY I've ordered from Shein on 3 December 2023, my parcel was in South Africa on 15 December 2023 already- I've paid tax and the process was moving. On 20 December it was loaded on manifest to Seward facility and up till now no further movement! On 20 December 2023 I received a email saying that my parcel is out for delivery and will reach me before Christmas but I haven't receive anything. When phoning Buffalo International Logistics it seems as if no one can track the parcel because everytime I'm told that the query is going to be escalated but it took days. Shein must really get a new,reliable courier because Buffalo sucks.The agents who answers the telephone don't have a clue what is going on. How do one go about to get your parcel or will it help to open a ******** case of Theft at SAPS
