Bad service bu Buffalo

I made an order from Shein on the 2nd of October and Buffalo received my parcel on the 11th. I paid my tax duties on the 13th, last updated was on the 16th saying my order is in transit to third party. Made 4 calls already enquiring and evertime I'm told they will escalate the matter. Honestly I'm disappointed, nevet had these issues before
