Bad service Bafflo

What a terrible company I ordered from Shein on the 4th of November I paid customs on the 7th of November, till today I have been waiting for my shipment, they don't update you, the last update I got was the 11th saying I will get my package within 3 to 5 working days it's been nearly a week nothing, I have to be the one calling and when you call, they don't answer there phones, whatsup they don't reply, yesterday I called the lady said there is nothing she can do, it's still in the air and she dropped my call, what a terrible company with very little customer service
