Bad service

I ordered Xmas gifts from shein, they arrived in South Africa on 15th December. Buffalo Logistics was supposed to deliver on 21st December but delivered to a wrong address not mine. I called Buffalo Logistics on 21st December after getting notification that the package was delivered but not at my address. It's now 4th January and still I have not received my package and even after calling Buffalo Logistics about me not receiving my package I still have not received response from Buffalo Logistics.
