Bad service

I wish there was a Zero. I'd give them zero.Worst company ever..I place my order from shein on the 22nd February 2024 on the 1st of 28 of March 2024 I noticed on my tracking page it was written Failed delivery but i didn't even receive any call from courier guy, called buffalo the following day they lady said i should write an email. 5th of March tracking page says Shut down. They are not informing me about anything. This is bad service, heart broken and disappointed.
