Bad service at Rusternburg buffalo logistics compny

I'm so disappointed with this company I will never use it again , when I tell U my parcel arrived in Rusternburg on the 31st Dec 25and it was out for delivery , I was waiting patiently for me parcel never even left the house on the 2Nd of Jan 26 I get a message the parcel has been returned, my disbelief the person did not even bother to call me n ask for directions nothing but he /she wrote could not find house ....guys if u see this save yourselves, I have been trying to call them , I sent an email and I'm trying to chat on thier whatsapp nothing , the call sends me to the WhatsApp, the WhatsApp keeps on saying it's unavailable and the emails address sent me back to the call 😳😳😳😳I will Never use this company again.
