Bad Service and Wasting time

This is a warning. Do not use Buffalo personally or set something up with them locally. They do get to deliveries from Temu/Shein but they are incredibly bad at Parcel pick up. I had a return to do. So i was smsed that it will be picked up at my door in 2 days (2024-08-07). I get an SMS that "TREVOR" will come "Today", trevor never comes. This had gone on for a week, and a new sms every day telling me to stay home and wait patiently for someone who never comes. today is the 2024-08-16 and no one has come to pick up the parcel. on delivery they know exactly where i am but on pick up its like a waiting game. the whatapp line is unhelpful, you can never speak to a agent. calling in the call center doesn't help. I had called yesterday morning, after being on hold for an hour. I got hold of someone and they said they will escalate it, a TOM was allocated yesterday and did not come. Today its trevor again and its almost the end of day again and nothing. Do not use locally, unreliable on pick up and if you have thing that need to move fast and on time that's not a good thing.
