Bad service and very rude driver/ delivery man

Rude delivery man Ruben Moshomane,I received an sms this morning at 07h24 notifying me that I will be receiving my parcel today. This is what happened at around 17h35 I received a call and the guy said I'm at the gate,I said but I requested To be contacted before they come to my home,he said who did you tell? I said on the delivery special note.The guy went on telling me how he knows customers like me,that's when I asked him to meet with at my work place as it is just 7kilos from my home,he refused and told me that I'm not special and he will be taking my order back and he left.I called my husband and explained he tried talking to him but the guy continued on being rude..bed service by the driver/ delivery man.
