Bad service and Rude consultant

I ordered online at shein and paid the delivery fee with Buffalo it has been almost a month now waiting for my package which I received an sms letting me that they will be delivering and waited and waited with no delivery and then I called and was told I was contacted the day of delivery and I didn't receive any call nor sms or even a missed call. Even it was a matter of network issues then I would have received a voice-mail notification and I did let them know that I did not receive neither . I was then instructed that as I have missed the delivery then I will have to self collect . I was sent an sms with a code of collections and it was said to be in centurion of which I even received an email with information and address and the code to self collect .of which I went to the given address only to find out that there is no Buffalo there it has been moved. I then called them and the lady that assisted me was very rude her name is Konanani, she was not even keen to assist. I then asked for escalation as I have been waiting for almost a month and she told me she will escalate and I will receive a call on that day for collection information. I was then told I am suppose to go to Pretoria for collections but the sms prior said Centurion (closed by the way) and I asked her where in Pretoria cause this has been dragging and why was I not told I will be collecting in Pretoria why send me to a closed place in Centurion. And now when we call for information we are now told to go to another location. And at 1st when I was talking to her she told me we are not suppose to collect ourselves I then asked am I crazy that I can just go to a location that I was not told .? Then she changed her story and said now i will have to go collect in Pretoria. She was very rude it has been 2days and no call did I receive regarding the deliveries/collections information. It's money that we use to be going up and down as if it's my fault and no one is willing to help
