Bad Service and Bad Communication

I would be lying if I say these guys deserve one star, they really don't. They always have excuses for days on end, everyday one must wait another 48hours for a mere parcel. These guys do not know what they are doing. What irks me more is the lies, "Contact not available", "Address can't be found", I mean really now? As if I have not used my address for deliveries since stone ages. What is worse you cannot even speak to a supervisor.
