Bad service!!!!!!! 😡😡

I had a 4 packages from Temu and only received 3 of them. The status of my package shows that it has reached South Africa, however when I try to ask Buffalo for assistance regarding where my package is (because I already received my other 3) they don't even bother to answer. I have been patiently waiting since the package was supposed to be delivered around the 17th. Still, I have no update and I have sent several emails to no avail. Very bad service!!!!!!
