Bad Service

I have been waiting for my order since from the 19th of March and it's almost 2 weeks without receiving it.It was supposed to be delivered on the 19th and no communication from the since from the 19th.How should I know what is going on if they are not contacting me because I tried calling/emailing them and neither of that worked.
