BAD service

the service at this above mentioned company is sacking, My parcel arrived at their warehouse on the 07/06 and till today it is still not delivered, I called, emailed and whatzupped so many consultant which i can tell they don't even know why they are there. None of then could tell me why my parcel is still not delivered. And i paid them for import tax duty the same day they send me an SMS to pay. This is so frustrating to deal with DON'T CARE people.
