Bad service!!

The service is shocking!!! I get told that the address is wrong but they used rossburgh when I said malvern ! I’ve ordered from Shein so many times and never had this problem! Seems like they just making excuses as they can’t keep up with the demand… further more no one even phoned me! Now I am told I must pay again to get my delivery… the people at buffalo are not helpful at all!!! Very terrible service and Shein needs to find someone else to deliver or they will lose business! Unhappy customer
