Bad Service

The service they deliver is pathetic. I paid my VAT and Duty 5 days ago, however they continued to send messages for me to pay. Upon calling them, they acknowledged receipt of my payment, however I was told that my proof of payment is not in PDF and therefore they cannot process my parcel... I've used them over a hundred times before and this is the 1st time I hear of such
