Bad service

Bad service

Expected a parcel from them yersterday and it did not arrive. When i contacted them today i was told the parcel was on an incorrect route story,however the parcel is not even returned to their warehouse. I am failing to understand how that is possible,now i am told it will take another 48-72 hrs before i can receive the parcel
