Bad service 🤬🤬

**** company, I’m angry and frustrated right now!!! yesterday my parcel status was out for delivery and today it says signed and received by a client of which I didn’t receive any parcel. Tried calling them the number is not going through and they are also not replying on WhatsApp. I’m angry as hell as I don’t know what to do at this stage 🤬🤬
