Bad service

My package arrived earlier than expected i so i had to try and change the delivery address. I called in to chamge it and was informed by the agent that unfortunately the package was already with the driver and that i needed to wait for him to phone me and then give the new address to him. When he phoned me i explained my situation and asked him to please come drop it off at my workplace which is not far from their warehouse to which he responded he will see what he can do and that if not somebody from the warehouse will call me to change the address. Yesterday afternoon after 5pm i called and asked what is going on so the agent rep**** "oh sorry i see here on my system that the address needs to be changed but we need to wait for the package to return". I tried asking politely if theres no way that the driver can maybe pass my workplace as im on route to the warehouse then the agent starts laughing at me so politely i asked him why he is laughing at me and his response is that he feels my pain and i can hear that i desperately want this parcel i again asked him politely why he is laughing at me and he just dismissed me and says i need to wait for an email. I am very dissapointed in this behaviour as i was informed to call the warehouse urgently to arrange for new delivery address but to my surprise just to get laughed at. I dont think this is a joke
