Bad service

@Buffalo logistics put me through hell. I ordered from Temu and everything was going so well as i got the updates till one afternoon i got a call from a courier guy saying they have my order and asked for my direct location. They did not deliver and didnt even bother to communicate. I called the next day and they claimed to have had problems with their car and that they will deliver the next day. The next day arrives and still nothing. When i call he doesn't answer but answers when i use a different number. I sent countless e-mails, whatsapp texts and even used their landline but i still dont have my order. They even have the audacity to update the tracking status as "The premises were closed" which premises? dont they have my number? what a really bad service. I honestly don't understand what the duck and dive is all about. What is so difficult about delivering my parcel @BuffaloInternationalLogistics?
