Bad service

I had 2 deliveries with Buffalo in 1 week from shein, 1 was delivered even though the driver was in the hurry and late and asked me meet him half way, the 2nd delivery was the suppose to be day after as per confirmation, to my surprise I still have not received the delivery even today after 2 weeks of the 1st delivery I have not received the 2nd delivery they say incorrect route allocations when I call they tell me about 3-7 days.
