Bad service

I ordered from Shein three weeks ago The customs fees were paid immediately I have been waiting for my order on the 22th however I haven't received no communication from the logistics I'm leaving on Thursday and I haven't received my order , what is happening with my order I'm goings to lay a complaint against this company, I want my order tomorrow
