Bad service!!!

I am waiting for a package for more than a month and it is with the company in South Africa and they won't deliver and its supposed to be a Christmas gift. How bad is the service!! Dear client, we regret to inform you that Buffalo International Logistics will be closed for collections as of 21 December at all DCs nationwide due to violence at our Pretoria DC. We apologize for this inconvenience as we need to take precautions for the safety of our staff and our clients. If your parcel is already with couriers, please await delivery. Clients who already received their collection pin, note your parcel will be prioritized for delivery this week. How many people will not receive their gifts???
