Bad service

Bad service, I received a message on the 28/03/2022 that my parcel will be delivered that day , I waited for delivery and today it’s Friday and when I call the consult audible and when I ask her to be louder she didn’t and I asked about my parcel she told me that it was scheduled to be delivered on the 28 but the drivers car broke down, how is that my problem? Are they using one car? Couldn’t the use a different car the following day? Today it’s the 01/04/2022 so if I didn’t call I was gonna wait till when? I am not happy at all. SHEIN should change the delivery company cos really this is not a good service
