Bad service

Their service is so bad. I ordered on the 24th of October, status been saying “outbound and start the next transfer phase” since the 28th. I’ve been calling them but I don’t get any assistance. I spoke to one of their Agents Sibusiso Ngcobo, he was the only one who was trying his best to help. I even spoke to their manager Christina but she’s not assisting at all.
