Bad service

I have been trying to return 2 items to Shein since the 12th April 2024 and have been calling Buffalo countless times and they are not helping at all. Buffalo is not picking up the parcel and when I call, they keep on telling me that they will send the driver. It's exactly a month and 2 days I have been waiting.
