Bad service

My shein order was suppose to be delivered yesterday as I was made aware by them that they dispatching for delivery I waited until later when I got a notification that they didn’t deliver cause of information missing but on my shein address it’s complete and it’s the same address I’ve been using for all my ordered please help me and deliver my order please their driver never even attempted to call me
