Bad service!!

I was suppose to receive my parcel 4 September 2025. I informed the driver that I am not at home but can make arrangements he said no he already said no one is at home. Then I asked if the package can be delivered Friday 5 September he said yes. Friday no communication I then called the first person I spoke to said she can escalate so that it can be delivered the Saturday. Call dropped I phoned back second person said they don’t work on a Saturday my parcel will be delivered Monday.

Today Tuesday 09 September 2025 no communication I phoned and they said the parcel was picked up by the driver it is suppose to be delivered and the parcel has not reached me yet. I am so disappointed and upset with the bad service!!!
