Bad service
You try to call them, you can’t get hold of them. You send WhatsApp still. Since morning waiting for delivery and they can’t even tell you what time they will be delivering your package. You can’t go anywhere or do anything because you are waiting for a package that you don’t even know what time it will arrive. I was able to get hold of a consultant today, they can’t assist because they can’t track their drivers or tell the estimated time to deliver

They said they will deliver yesterday, couldn’t go anywhere waiting for something that didn’t arrive. Waiting for a call from a consultant and even now. I am just disappointed about how you handle your customers.
