Bad service ***********

I rate them 0. They are the most *********** courier company i have ever encountered. My parcel wqs supposed to have been here on the 10th. Its sitting somewhere with the driver no on can get hold of. Last yesr they **** on the app saying they delivered my good and they didnt only the next day at night. no signature was required. Now when i call i am told they communicate through computers so they cant call the driver so i can collect directly myself. I truly willl nevwr buy from Temu cause of them
