BAD SERVICE

SHEIN MUST JUST STOP USING THIS courier company OTHERWISE THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE MOST OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

The communication they send out doesn't give you a specific day which your parcel will be delivered. I missed a Whatsapp call from a random number while I was in a meeting and when I returned the call afterwards, only to realised that it was a driver that had my package and he then told me "I was outside your place and I have left. And there is nothing I can do anymore". What????? The dialogue was distasteful. The drivers are the worst, very rude and unhelpful. Too quick to return your parcel
