Bad Service

Buffalo logistics I did not receive my package I feel it's their job to make sure they are at the right address and that someone is home. Not only phone once and leave it I whatsapp the delivery guy and asked when will it be delivered this is what he said. I can't wait for u cos I must finish other parcel ppl r waiting.I won't wait for u ,It's a franchise Nd buffalo dnt buy us airtime Nd petrol we using our own. I also asked him to tell me where he is so that I can go and collect it myself he's not answering his phone when we call him he declines our call. +***9 this is he's number. Bad service
