Bad service

The customer service department needs training. You can't make people hold on a line for almost 5 minutes to hang up the line when you must assist them. I called buffalo 5 times this morning and they were just dropping the call when I'm next in line to be assisted. There is no response on their WhatsApp line. Chatbot on the app/website is useful as I select that I want to chat to human, human was assigned but they were not replying though the status said 'we reply immediately' 🙄🙄
