BAD SERVICE

!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SITE !!!! This is most definitely the worst decision made ever! Firstly it takes forever to track your parcel, no good tracking system to check your goods and it also takes forever to get a hold of a consultant over the phone. They will give you lame excuses of "your parcel got in the wrong truck, apologies for the delay" tjerr. To make matters even worse, they took my parcel to another company (Fastway) and they also coming up with ridiculous excuses... It's been two weeks since I've been waiting on my order. Both of their services is the pits
