Bad service

My parcel when I tracked it since 18/12/23 was with the driver saying is ready to be delivered it's now 22/12/2023 nothing is delivered I phoned befalls numerous times a lady called khanyi was very rude to me telling me I will nor get it anymore because of mix up of address I will wait until next week they dont have my time I cannot believe such pathetic service I received its the first time using Buffalo i will never recommend such logistics company to anyone pathetic service like they dont deal with customers the consultant even hang up.on me
