Bad service

I would give them a minus start if I had an option to, I sent a refund request since December 1st and no confirmation was sent whatsoever,had to call their call centre almost every week and up to date. Been sending Palesa Leotlela follow up emails and she doesn’t care. This has to be the worst experience dealing with them. I don’t think they even understand what customer services means. I’m very disgruntled having to spend money calling them every week.
