Bad service

I made a purchase at TEMU, everything was going well until I received a message from Buffalo Logistics to pay for customs duty and Vat on 04 April 2024 @ 10:05. I made a payment Immediately after I saw the message but I kept on receiving those annoying automated calls reminding me to pay the entire day. I tried to contact them via their WhatsApp number which did not help me, I also sent proof of payment to their support team email but still I'm appearing as someone who hasn't paid. I am really disappointed with this company because I have used it before and never experienced this kind of problem.
