Bad Service

On the 12th June 2023 at 07:23, I was advised that my parcel is on board the courier vehicle. Waited for the whole day for delivery. At 10:12, received a message that the parcel could not be delivered due to unforeseen reasons, at 16:55, the parcel was returned to the depot. Today 13th June 2023, another message, 06:19, I was asked to contact the logistics company. I called around 08:30 and I was told that my parcel will be delivered in the afternoon, now as I write this, no phone call no delivery. At 12:02, parcel at Bay 4, at 13:40, parcel at Bay 2. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. I have paid for those items. Why was I told it will be delivered today. I'm disgusted, to say the least.
