Bad service

I have been waiting a long time for my package and I stil haven't received it.It really can't take that long for a package to arive. I paid for the package your job is to deliver it as fast as you can and you guy's can't even do that.If you want to own a business learn to run it.I looked through the reviews and I see many people also waiting for a long time now.I suggest you start doing something about it.
