Bad service

I have order from Temu a couple of weeks back and my orders are still with Buffalo, they keep getting wrongfully allocated everyday, I need those parcels asap, Buffalo doesnt even communicate with me. Bad service and my partner's parcel when it arrived we had to beg the driver to deliver because he said he doesnt go this route but he was 5 minutes away from our address
