Bad service

A parcel was delivered from Temu. I wanted to send the goods back because the curtains I received wasn't up to standard. On there website they said you notify them, and they will send Buffalo to collect it. I received an SMS advising on the 9/5/2024 it will be collected in two days which would have been on Saturday the 11/5/2024. I am still waiting for a response. I called Buffalo a minute ago and their service is puterate. The lady that help could not understand my question and that is a NO No for me.
