Bad service

I have waited over a month. I tried everything from calling, email and whatsapp. I have sent my proof of payment and a photo of my banking app to show that the transaction took place. They send the package back after 45 days and it took me over 47 days and I still have not heard anything back. I am a small business but have to cancel orders as I don't have stock and struggling cause I have to pay extra for stock. My boyfriend waited 3 months for a package.
