Bad service

Shein should honesty stop working with Buffalo for deliveries,i ordered on shein on the 30th Nov on the 21st Dec my tracking status said deliver failed with no reason and no1 called me to deliver so i inquired at they cusromer service and i was told by the 22 Dec i will receive my clothes i mustnt mind the shein tracking status so i didnt receive my order on the 22 Dec so i called and they said today on the 23 Dec so i called today to check i was told shein does not deliver on Saturday's which is a lie because my previous order was received on a Saturday and the agent who attended me just kept saying they will delivery on the 27th Dec and bare in mind that order has my christmas itemss..she says address confirmed says Protea North whereas i believe its a lie because the other days i wasnt told address is incorrect so i will no longer order on shein because of this
