Bad service

This company has my order from Shein. I paid custom tax on the 27/05/2021. Emailed them proof payment from the 29th to date. From last week each time I follow up ony order they will say I did not pay and ask me to send the proof of payment. Then they get it and said they have escalated it to their accounts department. Yesterday I called their call centre three agents I spoke to were rude and kept hanging up the phone on me. When I write my frustration out today, a lady felt so entitled to not giving me service because she said I am rude. They have no sense of accountability on their part. She said I am ride only because I said seeing that I have been sending them a proof of payment from the 29th why can't someone get their ass up and go to accounts department sit there until its updated. I have never seen such service before. She does not even care if I cancelly order and a company that do business with them lose money. I ordered these items from Shein.
