Bad service

So disappointed with them,I’ve ordered at SHEIN and made a mistake of not changing my old number and SHEIN take time to respond.Now my parcel is out for delivery today and the driver can’t reach out to me when I try to call them,they are saying there’s nothing they can do to contact the driver that has my parcel and I’m leaving tomorrow
